Website design and implementation is a customer-specific, customized service, so completed or partially completed work is not refundable.

If the customer has paid the full price of the work in advance and cancels the project before the work begins, up to 100% of the payment may be refunded, depending on the situation.

If work has already begun, LΛITILΛ WEBSITES reserves the right to charge for the work completed before processing any refund.

If the customer pays for the work in two installments and cancels the project before the second installment, the first installment ( at least 60% of the total price ) is not refundable if the work has already been done.

The second installment ( which is paid before publication ) can only be waived if the project is interrupted before its completion and publication.

The monthly maintenance fee covers maintenance through Wix's technical platform.

Since it is a third-party ( Wix ) service, monthly fees are not refundable, even if the customer decides to stop using the site during the payment period.

The customer can request to suspend the service for the following month, at which point a new payment period will not begin.
