LΛITILΛ WEBSITES builds websites for the customer as effortlessly as possible:
The customer tells us what they want for the website – we take care of the rest.
The customer does not need to worry about technical implementation, structure or publication.

The price of the service consists of:

• A one-time cost of work , which can be paid either:
  -in full before the start of work, or
  
  -in two parts (at least in a 60:40 ratio).
  

• For the monthly Wix fee , which the customer pays to LΛITILΛ WEBSITES. The company then processes this payment to Wix to keep the site online.
  

• Domain, i.e. domain name ( e.g. domain.com )

The customer is responsible for the rights and legality of the content ( texts, images, logos ) they provide.
LΛITILΛ WEBSITES is responsible for the technical implementation and publication of the website in the agreed format.

The monthly fee does not include ongoing changes or more extensive updates .
All major changes to the website are agreed upon and priced separately.
The monthly fee only covers Wix's technical maintenance to keep your site online.

Any disagreements will be resolved primarily through negotiation. If no agreement is reached, disputes will be handled in the District Court of Eastern Finland, applying Finnish law.

The service can be used by corporate customers who accept these terms of use and payment terms. LΛITILΛ WEBSITES reserves the right to:

• modify the content or pricing of the service in the future
  

• choose their clients and refuse cooperation for a justified reason
  

• use implemented websites as examples in the portfolio, unless otherwise agreed with the client
  

• if necessary, suspend the service if the customer defaults on payments or violates the terms and conditions
  

The customer undertakes that the content he/she provides does not infringe the copyrights or other rights of third parties.
LΛITILΛ WEBSITES does not provide separate technical or commercial guarantees regarding the functionality of the finished website on third-party services or devices (e.g. browsers, external integrations ).
